Every member and participant at Batavia International Motorsports Park has the right to race in a safe and happy environment. Therefore, KBM Motorsports Inc. has adapted a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. Please discuss this pledge with your driver and pit crew to ensure that everyone understands the importance of this matter.

• No alcohol or non-prescription drugs allowed.
• No smoking in the pits allowed.
• You and your party will be in control of any personal actions at all times both on and off the track.
• You and your party understand that any conduct by you or your party, either verbal and/or physical with another driver, parent or race official, when reported and confirmed, could result in the driver being sent home.
• You and your group understand that any misconduct by you or your party can result in the driver being sent home.
• As a valued member of Batavia International Motorsports Park I will help volunteer whenever possible.
• You and your group pledge to promote good sportsmanship both on and off the racetrack.
• As a valued member of Batavia International Motorsports Park you and your party will promote the club positively throughout the racing community.
